I just had a play along with this.. Although playing key of A shapes it's in Eb, so that's 6 semitones up. (which happens to be the same notes as 6 semitones down! being exactly half an octave)

  • Saw Nick at The Hertford Corn Exchange last week. He is an amazing guitarist. A wonderful wordsmith. and a truly genuine, approachable man.

  • @relisys101 He also tunes 5 steps lower than normal as his standard.

  • Hey, I did a full transcription a while back, you should be able to find it on ultimateguitar - enjoy :)

  • awesome song by jamie and nick :)

  • ive seen nick live a few times in manchester.....hes unbelievable!!!

nick use's odd tuning for his stuff i think but the chords that i use to mimmick this are,

    E, B, C#m, A.

    C#M, A, B

nowhere near what he does obviously but i sometimes gig this my self when asked!

  • Can anyone work out the chords for this?!

  • Couldn't agree more, met him a few times, an emotional song..
