with just the right amount of oxygen there is nothing to stop it from combusting. thus it will be extremely loud. i did it with a few bubbles of HHO once and my ears hurt for several minutes after that. a whole balloon full of it can seriously damage your eardrums.
Its a drycell because the connections are in the dry no chance for short like those made in jars of water. Awsome video!!!

@acmfraser not necessarily, sometimes the electrolyte also comes out in vapor form and is burned with hho to form more toxic compounds than CO2.
