Four Minutemen, (Mike, Paul, John and me, Steve Kemp), went to the SEIU Janitor's protest at City Hall in San Francisco today, April 26, 2010. We held our (3' x 10') "Secure our Borders" banner high so all could see. I was up front videotaping and it was very clear, that I, in my Golden Gate Minuteman t-shirt, was not welcome.

Nothing physical happened, other than people trying to block my shots with their SEIU signs, but lots of yelling, hand gestures and looks from people who felt empowered. Pretty standard stuff that you'd expect from the left, and of course the poor (illegal) immigrant janitors who are here "just doing the jobs that us American 'slobs' won't do" ....

By the way, Saturday May 1st is "May Day", which the illegals also stole as their "Immigrant workers day". San Francisco and San Jose will have pro "Worker" rallies. This is not just a "Minuteman" issue - we just happened to be on the job three years sooner that the Tea Partiers. This is an American crisis, and we need counter protest and stop this BS in our country. Remember Health Care? Amnesty is next!

  • I live in Oakland California, a sanctuary city. San Francisco, San Jose are sanctuaries also, and other undeclared Bay Area cities might as well be. California is broke, Oakland, SF and SJ are broke. Our towns are a third world country - literally. The "American Dream"?? Yea right. My message is simple:

    STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING IN YOUR CITY BEFORE IT DOES. GO TO CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS AND STOP THE IDIOTS BEFORE THEY RUIN YOUR TOWN IN THE NAME OF "THE POOR, HARDWORKING HISPANICS"!!

  • i don't undertsand why anyone would support Arizona on racial profiling!? it is not okay not matter how you put it! its discirmination! plain and simple. first to the Native Americans, then Blacks, Asians, now Mexicans and centeral Americans, (cus lets face it thats what it really comes down to and thats who would be affected most by it) when will it stop America?

  • @karilaguera

    The Arizona law is NOT about racial profiling. But then again, 99% of the illegals in AZ are from south of the border. You'd have to be stupid to ignore that fact. So if you're illegally in AZ, don't break the law and the cops won't mess with you. Oh, well then again, if you're in AZ illegally , you've already broken the law...

  • 9 people are brainwashed fools in the Mexican Mafia

  • Still waiting for the earthquake that will see California become part of the Pacific Ocean floor.

  • @karilaguera I noticed you didn't add Irish or Russian or other europeans of "White" skin. It seems you went right to the common belief that only dark skinned illegals are not welcome. Now or even in the 1800s or most of the 20th century of irish and Russian and Polish being called names. Maybe not racist (Unless you consider Celtic or Slavic a race). But then again for you not to add them means you did exactly the same thing as you blame these people for. I love diversity not over ocupancy

  • @APINEDO69

    Learn how to spell ass-wipe! HaHaHaHaHa

  • @cvminutemen LOL your just a closet racist this is just a good cover for bigoted behavior.

  • C SPAN “Black Republican Forum” Session 2 (begin at 11:30) Allen West said one of the 1986 caveats was to secure our borders and enforcement our laws, but haven’t happened. (We’re still talking about new amnesty like DREAM Act.) We can’t allow local cities to make sanctuary cities policies, because they will bring our inner city turf wars to epic proportions by bringing in the drug cartel and Columbian gangs. (Mexican Gangs don’t recognize our borders established by the Treaty of Guadalupe)

  • In November 2010, the unemployment rate was 9.8% with 15.1 million unemployed. (15.1 million/9.8%) = 154 million are able to work in the workforce. 11,941,812 (or 11.9 million) skilled jobs provided to illegal immigrants. GOOGLE “illegal immigration counters”, the 15.1 million unemployed could take the 11.9 million available jobs. The unemployment rate could be reduced to 2.1% {{15.1-11.9)/154}

  • @ptsmmrs by moving to a "better" place doesn't mean your gonna make it very far & they wanna be making dollars, not pesos. if they live in the US they would be making more money & if they dont come legally is because of how long it takes and how expensive it is. i'm not trying to justify it but it is pretty ridiculous how much they have to go through just to be able to visit the states. either way what i was saying is that Mexico is beautiful is so many ways, so don't put the whole country down.

  • @karilaguera so instead of either becoming a legal citizen of the us or just simply moving to the better parts of mexico they choose to sneak accross the border and live here illegally?...makes sense..:^)
