There are at least 3 lyrics to this. The original German is called something like "When Elisabeth shows her legs." The next lyric is English and also has to do with legs and long skirts making them "taboo" all over again. But that's nothing like this version, which makes Lizzie into a "pro"!!
Both versions (this and the Arno one you've just posted) have their pros and cons, yet here the refinement of the vocal chorus is a strong plus, while the other version may be a bit closer to the cabaret style for which it probably was originally written.

On Parlophone there's a verry fast rendition by "Parlophone Orchestra"
I can not imagine that in the Hotel Adlon in Berlin "a suburbian style" was permitted, that's where Marek Weber played, untill 1933 of course.
