INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

3 Cups of COOKED rice
Vanilla Essence
1/2 Cup of Sugar (or more if you want it sweeter)
1 Cup of Sultanas (or other dried fruit)
Milk


Preperation Time: 1 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 mins

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

  • What about brown rice?? My mom is big on healthy so how could i make brown ice work? Same ingredients??

  • @slsrox1298 Rice Pudding is usually better with white rice, as it has more starch. But if you have some cooked brown rice, it should be fine ;)

  • can i used sticky rice? like thai/japanese rice?

    looks really yummy and i remember having this at school. :D

  • Does rice and cream (made from cow milk) go along? if so, how can I combine those two?

  • you could use sushi rice (which is a fairly low GI rice) slightly less saltana's, and stevia, and this pudding is now a relatively healthy meal...
