  • The one thing that really stuck in my mind watching this video was the marvellous unsophistication of the pipe being held up by a haphazard stack of wood blocks :)

  • I think i need one of these. Those guys gotta learn how to grind though.

  • I agree with all the others; perfect weld, grind skill of a fourth grader. I am no professional, but I would have made it to where you would barely see the exit point.

  • @1944GPW

These blocks were high quality blocks manufactured exclusively for this welding process. They came with the welder with specific instructions. The guy that stacked them had to watch a 4hr video on the stacking process and fly to New York to do a stack test before they were allowed to unwrap the package or else it would void the warranty on the machine.

  • Whats the song in this video?

  • Perfect weld ruined with that brute of a grinder.

    I like the machine.

  • Два куска трубы по два метра. Почему сразу трубу не делать 4-хметровой?

  • This is like using Blur in photoshop

  • @bunchisfunky Actually NASA uses it because the base material never reaches melting temperature which changes the properties of some metals. A quality tig weld is going to be just as strong as a friction weld if done right.

  • @TommiTdi haha no its not it cools alot when its not being melted it cant fucking hold! how do u think gas welding is without rod just like this ur a dumb fuck im a welder

  • @thierryxxthierry I SAID ITS NOT BEING MELTED!!! I.e Its being welded below MELTING POINT you FUCKING TWAT!

  • @TommiTdi you dont know shit molecules are being stirred together that means its a solid weld u moron get ur facts straight
