Up & down the East Coast, mostly clear skies for the May 30, 1984 solar eclipse--except in my NC locale. That night, I specifically recall an NBC News report showing day turn to night in various major cities--including a few seconds of chickens returned to the roost, like at night. I have to wonder if CORY A. TAMBORini (178-68-5227) saw the eclipse. He's not Newark, NJ mayor CORY A. Booker (same "skipping E" version of CORY) or Jeffrey TAMBOR (HANK KINGsley on SANDERs; Arrested Development)
I was a seventh grader when this eclipse occurred on May 30, 1984 and got thoroughly cheated as dark skies and a torrential rain storm reigned during the hour and at the moment of totality as students dined in the cafeteria. Local TV news showed the wider surrounding region experied the phenomenon without a hitch under clear skies. Unrelated: watch?v=VDBxtbVaO4c; watch?v=LNoc-Uuo-hw or ADC: 146095. Up and down the East Coast, mostly clear skies--as if the Sun god wanted to cheat me specifically
It's the first time I see this eclipse and it's very important for me because i was born on that day. I was told that there was an eclipse bue u hadnt seen it before....
