Mr. Bill Randall is absolutely correct here. No matter what the "Intent" was, if you are here "Illegally", You're here ILLEGALLY. You ARE Breaking the law! Period!

Just like yesterday here in Durham.... An individual stood up to Janet Napolitano, and stated that they were here, in this country, ILLEGALLY, and Janet said that SHE supported the DREAM ACT! Forget the political stuff, Janet is suppose to ENFORCE CURRENT LAWS----PERIOD! Janet is a TRAITOR TO THIS COUNTRY!

The DREAM Act misses the entire point of being an ILLEGAL ALIEN. Illegal does not mean "if you can avoid being deported for five or more years", it means YOU'RE NOT ENTITLED TO BE HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. I would like to introduce my own DREAM ACT. I DREAM politicians will begin to stand up for legal, tax-paying, middle class citizens who follow the laws. Deport law breakers and their anchor babies. Stop subsidizing criminal behaviour.
