I have been diagnosed for over 7yrs now and i have learned the key to managing your lupus is being self aware of your body and its symptoms. learn your triggers for flares and the best ways to reduce stress, and educate yourself as much as possible about the disease to reduce fear of the disease the fear itself can cause u to be symptomatic.

I have a cousin who has been diagnosed with Lupus. We worked for GM and with Vinyl. We are the only ones diagnosed. We are close in age (within two years). We do not have doctors with alot of knowledge here in Wisconsin.
