Hallo Herr Bogner, toller Verstärker. Ich hoffe, den mal testen zu können, Gruss aus Deutschland (Greetings from Germany -we can make also great amps, right?) Uwe

Made in china .. Sounds like it . No doubt it will be in a dump in 7 years , not worth trying to survice . Just buy a real amp.

This vid doesn't make any justice to the amp... it is a great amp, but recorded this way it's never gonna sound the same as in real life. It was not Bogner who made this vid, but some guitar journalists so Bogner is not to blame.. actually I think it sounds pretty good even how badly recorded it actually is
There is no voodoo in amp construction. It's a bunch of electronic parts soldered together in a certain arrangement, period. The USA Bogners use PC board construction, as do the Chinese ones. They share the same components, made by the same suppliers. "Tone" doesn't care if the guy that soldered the PC board together ate rice and tea for breakfast, or toast and coffee. "Buy USA" is the mantra of fools. Buy the best at the best price, THIS is capitalism. May the best company/ country win.

Of course not. And the Spider does not come close to the Alchemist-sounds.
