what kind of digital camera are you using to make this review because it's sucks got a headache for watching review .

hi, just wondering what scene modes it has?
and in shutter priority, can you set it to a slow shutter speed for pics during the day? and whats the longest time the slow shutter can stay open for?

hamster, there is another camera that comes as a close competitor. you should check out the FX150 from panasonic, its even go the HD video and manual controls almost same price if not less, @ fotoconnections or at bwayphoto

Thanks for you response, it helps, i was really looking for a fast camera (shot to shot turn around) with some key manual features like shutter and aperture priority. i was hoping it also had some manual focusing function. If you think it is fast and the pic quality is impressive i think i am going to buy it for $288 @ bwayphoto

can you or someone do an english review on this camera, focusing on shot ot shot camera speed and picture quality both long and short range?

Sorry, but I am doing the reviews only for the Romanian viewers. I can assure you that S710 is a great camera. But it depends on what you are looking for in a camera. It won't deliver the same results as an entry-level DSLR like Nikon D60 but it has a pretty big image sensor for a compact so the image quality is really good for its class. And it is also quite fast.
