Joseph Schwantner's Velocities performed by Tomasz Kowalczyk at the Goodwin Recital Hall of the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University.
About Velocities:
"The music, as the title suggests, is characterized by continuously changing textures of rapidly articulated pitches within a framework of continually shifting meters. The linear, harmonic and gestural elements of the work are derived from a series of four, five, six and seven note pitch sets."
@ggoberwestern: Agreed! The problem with Velocities I feel is most people perform it way too fast and as a result most of the time note accuracy and melodic interpretation suffers. Check out the Filippo Lattanzi recording of Velocities it is similiar to this and it sounds really good.

Hey great job. I like that you didn't play it at 61613514 bpm. It lets the piece breathe a lot more, not that there isn't something to be said for playing it at 170. I just like your interpretation a lot.
