can anyone tell me what to use to treat cement in a pond so it will be fish safe

Awesome information. I guess its pretty common for installers to install stone along bottom. Who would want to power wash that mess? Not me. lol

Why not run the liner all the way up behind the rock pile to prevent dirt entering or did you ?

Take it down to 6' and put in a bottom drain.
