How can this be in 1992 when there are ditch lights on the SD60Ms? They werent mandated on all units until 1994.

Darned if I know. Maybe they were optional in 1992. Or maybe my notes are wrong. One thing that I am absolutely sure of is that there are no absolutes. Well, not many anyway.
