it is not a coincidence...try to think the fact that, at both its ends,Caudal and Rostral, Human Body is shaped the same way..so that , Both Vagina and Larynx, and Penis/Scrotum and Lungs/Trachea are placed at the end of said side of Human Trunk in the same way and in some kinda way for the same "purpose" (Lungs are after all two "sacks" pushin off a "transparent fluid" which is Air , thru a rigid, stiff "pipe", the windpipe, or Trachea)
