So you don't need a midi clip in the actual sequencer. You just program the root note in Thesys plus the pitch changes, rhythm, etc, then send it to a synth?

@deanc2000 That's right. Also, the new version of Thesys allows you press a button and it will export a midi clip to the track so you can then just use that midi clip and a synth in a traditional way if you want.
