Freedom of speech is the freedom to SAY what one believes, to believe what one believes and to make movies about it. It's the freedom to draw cartoons. It's the freedom to protest those movies and cartoons (without burning down buildings, or killing the people who drew them.)

Its not a tool for people in positions of power to create or incite hated or public discourse.

It is hard to have a spine apparently. Really though, if any one has seen the film, there is nothing that has been fabricated. If it was a common human reaction to cry over being called names then we'd all be in for it.

Watch Dogma- critical of religion- and count how many people made apology films in the States. The film was made by people critical of religion, but as a comedy people took it with stride. If anything Geert is guilty of implication. And having free thoughts did him in.
