My first video tribute of renowned illusionist, Derren Brown. As my first attempt in handling and customly arranging video footage, I'm rather pleased with the result. The gothic/noir-esque feel I think adds to the atmosphere quite well.
Footage taken from the series 'Mind Control' and 'Trick or Treat'.

Personally dedicated to the forumites of the DBFF (Derren Brown Fan Forum).

EDIT: Apologies if it's a little dark. The original video is much better quality and after uploading, it seems to have lost some quality.

Absolutely masterful editing. This is a thing of beauty. Very evocative - hits just the right emotional chord to get the feeling and idea across. I spent 12 years as an editor for a small production company - I have to say this editing is a work of intuitive genius. My deepest respect.

If Derren Brown had my soul what would he do with it? Could I buy his soul? Whats the market value for souls these days? If my soul is worth anything of value then surely I would keep it for myself. Kelly

This is absolutely sensational! I was gripped from beginning to end :-D My one (constructive) criticism is that because the clips are so dark (and all in black and white) it's sometimes hard to see what's happening; I'd give it 100% if it were in high quality (at the moment I give it 90%). PLEASE do so as it's one of the BEST Derren tributes I've ever seen - and I think I've seen them all.

The thing is, the original file is actually very high quality but due to YouTube's uploading restrictions, I had to compress it, therefore the quality isn't as good as it should be. So I'm unable to upload a better version of it I'm afraid, but I appreciate your critique. ; )
