Martial Arts Odyssey: East West MMA Wrestling

Brooklyn Monk, Antonio Graceffo, back in New York learns wrestling for MMA at East West Martial Arts in Selden, New York. Sensei Marco Ovalle has created an incredible MMA program at his school, even offering MMA for children. Coach Ian McEwen, a BJJ blue belt, is also the coach of the local high school wrestling team. He is actively competing in grappling and he teaches wrestling techniques and drills applicable to MMA.

its also so hard to find wrestling instruction outside of highschools and colleges in the US. so kids who end up wrestling are really experiencing something special.
