What is the future of education? Hunter Lovins paints the picture for why the latest findings in sustainability will be shared digitally and will create the newest wave in modern education across all disciplines and industries.

In the spirit of "ideas worth spreading," TED has created TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxMileHigh, where x = independently organized TED event. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x=independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.

Thank you Hunter! This is a clear and powerful call to action. Just as Hunter indicated only 75 graduates from her sustainability class isn't enough to meet our challenge to create a healthy planet and restore the damage we've done. I invited Hunter to speak at Windstar 27 years ago and she recommended that we choose what we care about and live a life that shows it! Only 3 comments and 4000 views isn't enough either! What will it take to turn the tide in favor of LIFE?

The people that don't care about the planet have everyone fighting each other. It's not the 'right'; it's not the 'left'. It's the greedy bastards at the top that learned a century ago how to create and manipulate a 2 party system. Look at what happened with 'smog devices' on cars. At first they robbed economy and power from your engine! When the government got out of the way, the manufactures created clean burning cars at full power! Get the Gov't out of the way!
