Actually it is and it isnt well done to the focus driver, I would normally have done the same moved out the way...but after reading about a guy who got a ticket in London for doing that, going over a red light and it stood on appeal I would not do it again. The law states observe the law of the road regardless...despite what common sense would say..I can't afford 3 points for running a red light even if soom poor sod is in need of assistance, strange times!!!!!!
