@jannikn What Big said. I'm at the end of the game as well and it's only cops. I started hitting people with a car and noticed the gang star level went up. Then they all showed up.

Hey, how do I lure the guy at the gas station out?
It says he likes big, muscle cars but I've tried every oversized car I can find by driving them to the station but still nothing, he never shows up :<

Aparrently I have to kill some gang members before i can get him to come, but the fucking problem is, there aint no gang members. I have destroyed all gang operations, theres only cops!

@jannikn Start killing pedestrians in the area. That makes your gang notoriety go up as well as the cop notoriety. They'll show up once you got their attention.
