This country is collapsing. We need to stop focusing on the poor and start focusing on our economy. Stop the war, and start the evolution. Almost every politician has no clue what they're talking about. This country will never be the same. People are stupid. That's it.

Yes, we do need to speak up! Let's make a difference! We need someone to run who is a real person and not going to receive contributions. We can take back our Country! Perhaps, I'll run in 2012.

That is true. Thank you btw! I try to be a good Mom. My son always comes before me. My mom is deceased, however, when she was growing up there was 13 children and her mom and dad did it. Her mom made home made bread, soups, and maybe meat once a week. We all have to change the way we are living. I know I have and I might share that with people. I even taught my son who is 9 y.o., that during trash night there might be something we need that someone is throwing out. You can find antiques too.

It's terrible, but it's true. I actually called the medical assistance office and we had a long conversation about the elderly being denied food stamps and prescriptions because of $100. extra a month. So, do they get their meds or food?

I wish politics could be put aside seriously. It seems like it's all about money and that's sad. That's why people say politicians are paid and bought for. They are referring to lobbyists. They donate a lot of campaign money.

I agree with you and yes it does have to be a team effort. I feel people are getting more spiritual and we do need this to survive. We need to treat others the way we would want to be treated.

I'm more appalled at people with disabilities and the elderly who are cheated and I know for a fact. They don't have a choice. I just left a message about my friend, Richie, who has been paralyed for 23 yrs. His mom took care of him for those years, carrying wood in at 69 y.o. to heat the house which needs a lot of repairs. She was denied until last year for medicare. Some people want fair income tax where they only are taxed on what they purchase.

Unfortunately, they get less. I know for a fact. My best friend is paralyzed and his mom is 69 now. She kept getting denied and has a tumour in her eye. No food stamps, hardly any cash to live and they heat their house with two wood stoves. The system isn't fiar.
