  • I'm a pilot and a bengal cat owner. I would completely and without doubt say that having an uncontained animal in a light aircraft constitutes a hazard to flight. That looks like a great cat, but if it spooked you could wreck that plane.

  • @b1cc2 Pilots choice. I was not flying, the pilot had 50 plus years flying and was ok with iris. Pilot told me how he had, in training, been forced under heavy g's until he passed out and then had to fly again after coming to again. i agree it is not for every pilot or for any cat.

  • Iris is one beautiful cat! And so calm too. You obviously love this cat very much. Very sweet vids, thanks for sharing. Why do I think that of these days you're going to post a vid of Iris flying the plane, lol.

  • @puffsplus72 Thank you. Glad she is making more than just me smile.

  • My firsr thought was... deaf cat? Then I looked at its ears scanning around and thought soon to be deaf cat. They should sell headsets or ear muffs for animals too. Good vid wish my animals were as fearless.

  • Hey, so is the cat deaf?

  • i want have a cat like this and take her fly !

  • That's the cutest thing I ever saw.

  • The only danger I can see there is if the cat got spooked and tried to hid behind the rudder pedals. Otherwise I dont see an issue, lots of pets fly. And no, a cat isn't considered FOD, lol.

  • @b1cc2 Some people aren't afraid of every little thing that could be considered a hazard, I guess.

  • awhh!!! that is soooo cuttee!

  • @TheChriskahn FOD is damage from objects on runway or taxiway. FAA regulations does not apply in India, but in the US.. :)

  • Ever considered not hearing imparing your cat? Quite a noise in the Cessna.

  • That is so very cute! Does he always fly with you?
