Sometimes a undeniable part of percussion is the flash of it. For example, in my symphonic band my conductor would tell the tell whoever was playing the crash cymbals to make sure they had them up showing the crowd. Not only to resonate, but to really give the crowd more of a visual to the sound. Same goes for various other percussion instruments. There is a time and a place.

Oei, ik heb nog maar een 6-tal lessen streetdrum achter de rug. Maar hé, het begint te lukken, hoor. Moet alleen opletten dat ik m'n tong er niet afbijt :-)

drum is 1 van de prachtig instrument dat alleen maar magie produceert het is de moeite waard :D
