I haven't hooked up once. Went into a pizza express once, opened my 3ds, started playing mk7 online and no lag. Then the waiter told me toget out because i weren't buying anything (which wasn't true as i ended up leaving without paying for the drink)

8. Neither you or you're friend has hacked it, you used an R4 which lets you play games for free, and there are no trophies on the DS.

1. Vita isn't HD, its qHD
2. Sony never sued Nintendo, they NEVER have
3. 3DS has many non cartoon games, revelations, street fighter, dynasty warriors etc.
4. 3DS has all of those genres as well as the 3DS
5. 3DS doesn't have to 'hook up' to anything, it connects to the softwares server, just like the Vita
6. Vita IS NOT 1080p, where did you hear this? Again its qHD anyway so not even HD.
7. Not easy to hack, the DS was easy to hack, but they havent even hacked DSi software yet
