Dallas Police Officer Nick Novello asks the Republican presidential candidates a question about states' rights and medical marijuana. With over 80 percent of Americans supporting legal medical marijuana, this is surely to be a hot topic in the coming election. Go to http://yt-debates.appspot.com/questions to vote this up!

  • Why can't we stop worrying about "crimes" that only hurt the user and VIGOROUSLY prosecute crimes that hurt other people?

Example 1: Guy smokes crack and sits around his own house. Leave him alone. Guy smokes crack and drives his car over someone - imprison him for driving over someone (not the crack usage.)

Example 2: Guy smokes marijuana and plays video games. Leave him alone. Guy robs someone to get money for marijuana. Put him in prison for ROBBERY, not marijuana.

    End this 'war'!

  • The county sheriff has power over all alphabet federal agencies. He can order them to stay out of his county. Sadly, most sheriffs don't know the power they have.
