Great!! in this way symbolically Taiwan will always be held by China, and no way this time can Taiwan ask for a break away or independence from China. In a way it good too for the political progress in China. China may change it political style to suite Taiwan and become a democratic capitalist country. Thus it's a win-win for both.

In my opinion, I don't like the plan of this project.... behind that good project has evil intention against Taiwan I knew it the moment after we finish this project. I really don't like it at all at this current relationship between China and Taiwan.
