ALCOHOL KILLS BACTERIA! ;D reason why it really helps but do it too much and you could cause your skin to get dry > make more oil > can result in more break outs due to over production of oil ;o make sure you use a moisturizing cleanser before you use alcohol on your face and use a moisturizer afterwards ;3

thats what i use alcohol it works gyrl witch hazel too but alcohol works faster and it seems since i turned 19 same thing happened to me
