Danoz Direct TV info sell sold thousands and thousands of them for $115 plus $29 postage! Yes, yr right ugslug.. people use them once and then after a year of them lying under the bed throw them out and proclaim it didn't do anything for them. U need to use it daily, just 25 good reps a day would do but most people r way too lazy to do it. If i see them at the donation shops for sale for $5 I usually buy them and sell them on ebay, I can get $45 for them. They r well made too,

It's actually a pretty good device if you know how to use it correctly. The way this guy is using it is all wrong.. too fast and jerking too much. You have to perform the action slowly and crunch at the top using an equal amout of chest and leg elevation to work both lower and top abdominals. I've had pretty good results with the Abswing and it doesn't hyperextend the lower back like some of the other devices on the market. Just take the time to learn how to use it and watch one of the others.
