Oh, and btw, I have been doing a 4 minute workout on youtube (210911 Worlds Fastest Workout) for about 2 weeks - I have seen results, so it must be working. I highly recommend it!

Isn't that just circuit training? I feel like if they can talk so easily it might not be tabata, which takes everything out of you right? I'm not criticizing but I'm looking for examples of what to do because I've been doing HIIT and even that kills me.

I am sick of seeing all these so called "Tabata" videos. There are so many people that don't do it correctly. Tabata training doesn't just mean doing an exercise for 20 seconds, resting 10 seconds and repeating that 7 times. When you do the exercise you have to be going as hard and as fast as you can. You have to push yourself to the max on every 20 second portion.
The people in this video are only putting like 60-70% intensity into the exercises.

@rdeffleymoviesnew I know I so agree with you...almost nobody in this video does the exercise with 100% intensity.....you know where you end up so out of breath that you almost fall over..at 60-70% intensity its NOT TABATA..
