I think it have no name. Is just instrumental. For example gipsy of Romania tell "Nicoleta"

Infact he's not a singer, he's not a musicist also. He's is a deep expert of balkn music and he undertstood the way of made balkan music so wonderful. All his songs already exist. He has only arranged the songs in a different way!

I know who Bregovic he is and I wouldnt critisize him for anything, as I admire him for so many things before I can talk about his singing. In video Bregovic is the one who wears white.
I was talking about the other guy Alen Ademovic (in the beginning) who seems more like experimenting then singing and i just didn't enjoy hearing that...
