@ptester123 I owned an srt4 for like 4 months and I was lucky that the previous owner had better wheels and meaty tires so i got very little wheel spin. I would have kept it if I didnt have the opportunity to get a 300zx TT. It sits on 18x10 wheels and feels ohh so planted. I miss the little neon tho.

@300zxMaster1 yea the stockers are 17x6. i have seen 225/35 on a srt4 and they were recommended to be fine from my tire shop. i am running 215 and you are right, it is not enough. but the last time i WOT shifted i brokeded something:( tranny stuck in 3. so once its fixed i might not do it so much without a wot box hehe

@ptester123 Not on the stock wheels. They are 17x6 I think. My old 3g eclipse had a set of 18x7 or 7.5 but the guys at Big O Tires said that it would stick out too much. The widest you can probably go in the srt4 stock ones is probably 215.... Still not enough because the little car goes and you get no traction at Wot from like 1st to 3rd

@300zxMaster1 i agree with you. but do you think 235 would fit on the stock rims? im not sure. but i was commenting on the stock rim/tire sizes. i wish i could run 235 on my car---No Traction--

@ptester123 I've seen an srt4 with some aftermarket rims sitting in 235 tires. That seems like a good size because there is no ridiculous gap between the tire and fender.

The stock wheels on the srt4 look nice but they are too damn skinny!! 205 tires are just not enough for that much power
