  • It was a penalty, the Uzbek player ran right at Garcia and took him out, whether or not Garcia had controll of the ball is irrelevant in a situation like that. If Garcia had control of the ball then it would have been a goal scoring opportunity and the Uzbek player would be lucky to escape with a booking.
