  • You should try Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Barleywine.

  • Have tried it often in the past and It is easily one of the better barleys out there. A big thumb up from me (Ryan). Look for a review of some hoppier Barleys (like Bigfoot) in the future.

  • Brew Dudes, Brew Dudes, Brew Dudes.....barley wine actually is an English style (JW Lee's, Thomas Hardy's, Bass No.1...) strong ale that has been adopted by American brewers who've put their own spin on it, much like IPA's. You should do a review of American Barley Wine style ales and English Barley Wine style ales. Cheers!

  • Point taken we really do need to do a traditional English style barleywine review. Thanks for the feedback!

  • HELL YEA!!!!!! A'S ALL THE WAY DUDE!!!

  • newfags cant triforce

  • I need to do some beer trades for the Arcadia's, can't get them here in Texas....

  • I think that if one goes to tasting beers simultaneously of learning of her(it) can estimate better a beer being served in his glass or suitable glass, one feels the difference is not the same thing the la trappe quadrupel takes one in glass that in his respective trapisten glass. As for the barley wines they are served in snifter glasses

    Cheers From Chile!

PD: Sorry for my english, I am from chile and I am still learning to speak.

  • Keep up the good work gentlemen!! Love it!
