if you haven't seen super size me, the guy was close to getting liver disease just from eating fatty foods and drinking sodas. his liver was almost destroyed.

I love the way you are documenting everything! It's one thing to show pictures from fat to fit, but it's another thing all together to do everything in real time, documenting your progress all the way from start to finish in video. Can't wait to see more.

Wow, never thought of pop doing such harsh damage to my system like alcohol :| lesson learned, alcohol is pop that makes you drunk, lol :p

The soda discussion is an eye opener. Never have I heard it that way. I gave up drinking alcohol years and years ago. Not that I did it much anyway. It was a very short lived thing. I drink soda a lot. Suddenly, it has me thinking twice.
