Vowing not to be swift boated like John Kerry, the Obama campaign has unleashed a ferocious counterattack against Jerome Corsi, co-author of 2004's "Unfit for Command" a damaging book about Kerry and against Corsi's latest, number one "New York Times" bestseller, now "The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality."

"They (Obama's camp) say I got incorrect the date of Senator Obama's marriage. Well, what would be really helpful is that Senator Obama would release primary documents like his birth certificate," Jerome Corsi said today on "Fox & Friends."

And about that much discussed statement by Senator Obama's wife: "And for the first time in my adult life, I am proud of my country, because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback."

Corsi writes (page 230), "Michelle Obama made a political gaffe, implying to the audience she had not been proud of America until her African-American husband had ascended to be a front-running candidate for president."

Read the Constitution. Its JUST a Constitutional requirement that he provide one when he runs for president. As yet he has failed to produce a real one and spent over a million dollars to keep from having to produce one.

@ radiofreak Um, no. the Constitution does not say that you have to be born in the US. It says you have to be a "natural born citizen" which Congress defined as a person born in America whose PARENTS are Americans. since Zero Sr was a British subject and, according to British law, so was Ann Dunham, then NEITHER of his parents were Americans so neither is he.

Stop playing the race card, it's old, tired and falls flat.

@radiofreak56 The reason I referenced Article 1, Section 8 is that, in that Article and Section, Congress's job it to "enforce the Law of Nations". My apologies for not being too clear a few minutes ago.

@radiofreak56 His father was not a US citizen, THEREFORE, under the Law of Nations (which in Article 1, Section 8 of the US Constitution), Obama is a Kenyan national, NOT a US national. Law of Nations recognizes that you belong to your FATHER'S nation.

As far as his being born in Hawaii...if he was really born there, how come he keeps giving us fake birth certificates? He has done this twice now, and they are obvious forgeries.

@radiofreak56 Yes....you have to be "Naturally-born", meaning born IN the USA to parents who are citizens, either by naturalization or Natural-birth. Being "born" in the USA doesn't automatically make you naturally born, otherwise all of the Native American babies born in US borders would have automatically been granted US citizenship after conquest....which they weren't. Case in point: Jim Thorpe, the athlete. Please read your history.
