28And their leader, Zemnarihah, was taken and hanged upon a tree, yea, even upon the top thereof until he was dead. And when they had hanged him until he was dead they did fell the tree to the earth, and did cry with a loud voice, saying: 29May the Lord preserve his people in righteousness and in holiness of heart, that they may cause to be felled to the earth all who shall seek to slay them because of power and secret combinations, even as this man hath been felled to the earth.

Nice!!! I love this stuff. I've been studying the Dead Sea Scroll, the Nag Hammadi text, the Lachish Letters, and the Elephantine Papyri and love all the added insights that these "Voices from the Dust" establish with the Book of Mormon....great stuff.

Instead of listening to what others say about anything, I would propose it is wiser to learn for yourself through your own studies. Just a suggestion.

Did you know that Mahijah (Moses 6:40) appears in a Dead Sea Scroll which also deals with Enoch? Many people tasked with translating these manuscripts translate the name "MHWY" into "Mahway", but the KJV translates "MHWY-EL" into "Mehujael", thus showing that "Mahijah" is a perfectly fine translation of "MHWY". I think this is the strongest evidence i've seen found in ancient works unavailable to Joseph Smith, that he really was a prophet.
