  • Good work, i like the bridge. I recently started doing these with a 32kg, i only weigh 75kg (165lbs) i still do a routine with the 24kg but i love the HEAVY bells for this. I do 3 sets of 5 reps each arm and on the 2nd set I add a windmill, this is with the 24kg, so far with the 32kg i do 2 reps each arm per day, just to build up
