A few clips from a TV documentary in which Stoke resident Cedric Barber speaks with pride about his ancestry. The issues presented in the documentary are complex, but the clips shown here illustrate a simple point - that many people who look "white" are of mixed ancestry. Another good example of this is the TV documentary that tested the DNA of Margaret Thatcher's family, of the right-wing journalist Garry Bushell, and of the nationalist comedian Danny Blue, and proved they were also of mixed ancestry, without being aware of it.
Even if it was physically possible for there ever to have been any "indigenous" Britons on an island nation, as to whether their descendants could have remained ethnically "pure" over tens of thousands of intervening generations, for all but the stupidest people the implications of these facts are self-explanatory...
