The option to search Germany needs to be added to the back end of the site, I thought it was already there, but it is not.
Hopefully it will be added by the end of the week.

Well, you will still need to look through the results, research the items, prices, etc., so if you get serious about it, there is work involved.
Another thing that I think is important, especially with Buy in Now misspelled eBay listings, you have to be quick. (New typojoe tool for this coming soon)
Also, you could try sending the seller a message offering to buy an misspelled auction item immediately. You may have a better chance after the item has been listed for a couple days and has no bids.
this works but there are sites out there that will do this stuff for you. you just type in what you want and it opens up the results page

That is what typoJoe does. You type in a search word or phrase and click the search button and you're taken to eBay to see the resulting misspellings for that search word or phrase.
