  • An amazing movie. Thank you very much for the upload.

  • You're welcome. I thought it would be particularly good to upload because it is not available on DVD, and old VHS copies are difficult to find or quite expensive when you do find them.

  • @bobbyfan64 it is on dvd. if you want to rent it [not sure of buying it] go to a website called "classicflix", that deals in classic movies [many of which are hard to find].

  • @dodge96neon Yes, you are correct. It is now available on DVD in a set of Gregory Peck films. When I made that comment three years ago, it was not.

  • it's a good film. well, the majority of gregory peck's films were very good.

thank you for this upload. it was shown on cable recently but i missed it. i wanted to buy the vhs tape but it is very expensive. sad, it's not on dvd and i don't know why.

i am also a fan of bobby darin, bobbyfan64.

  • In Capt Newman Peck more than made up for the unintentional disservice he did to psychiatry in Spellbound in which the marks made by a fork on a white tablecloth bring on a mental seizure in him, Same kind of mumbo jumbo in the the 7th Veil with Herbert Lom,. Because ot limited time, the case histories in C.N. have to be telescoped, but the treatment is largely a matter of commonsense as the canny Leibowitz correctly points out to his boss, and patience which often works.

    Curtis was terrific!
