@MrKingTutenkhamen i ve learned it with 2 of my mates. one on each arm for the begining. very soon u will just need a single guy to help ya. after u realized how easy it is u wont be that scared. but such a wall is very static, not a good location to do the first tries. go out into a park. put off ur shoes, look for a soft ground and try it on trees.
imho it's 80% mind and just 20% technique. but btw, first u shouldnt be scared of doin a backflip on a trampoline or into water.

How do I do this. I'm in great shape I'm athletic but I can only do a backhandspring and a b kick. What do you recommend.

This is acutely a very very easy move all there is to do is go for it. I learned this today in like ten minutes. Just have faith in your self and commet.
