Video showing the second stage of Myth - History in the Making for the ZX-Spectrum.

Here I´m using the Real Spectrum emulator, running the machine like a 128+ one.

In my opinion, this is one of the best games for ZX-Spectrum.

There´s a port of this game for Amiga and Commodore 64. There´s other too for the NES, but the name of the game changes to Conan. The gameplay of this three ports are equal, but different to the ZX-Spectrum version. The ZX´s version is SUPERIOR!

  • I love the way it swirls when you die to reform you out of nothing, when I was a kid that was magical! A truely amazing game and a hell of an achievement considering the limitations of the ZX Spectrum.

  • The animation in this version is very well made. Other example is when the nymph turns into a flying monster! When I was a kid I imagine the screaming that nymph would release in that transformation...

  • When I press HD first it loads for really long then the whole thing plays in five seconds or something.

    No sound either version either.

  • Really.. in HD it doesn´t play. I don´t know why! The Youtube system also took off the fourth part of these movies and without any reason...

And ´bout the sound.... as I remember, there isn´t none.

  • This was the best game I ever owned for the 48k Spectrum. Unbelievable how System3 managed to fit so much detail into this game. Great vid, thanks.

  • I think the same!! Stage 3 have in Mith a MasterPiece, the best game for Speccy.

  • Very good game))) Очень хорошая игра, я в нее играл еще в 1993....

  • Thanks for putting this here, this is important mark of my early childhood.

This game was so above it's time! It was like DOOM 3 in 2004, revolution in gaming.

I also loved mysteric, horror mood of it, simply amazing.
