Fun and Intense outdoor fitness class focusing on all elements such as strength, cardiovascular endurance, speed, agility, balance, core strength and coordination using bodyweight and/or kettlebells. These smaller and individualized classes provide a positive environment to help individuals stay motivated in achieving their fitness goals. All levels are welcome and exercises are modified accordingly. Are you ready for a change?
