P.S We don't play a djenty tone for the sake of playing a djenty tone. We play what suits the song/mood.

However I can see why you might be frustrated, but I don't believe it is an exclusivly rich man's scene.

@NecroButcher91 Well, not really. It is very possible to have a Djent band and be poor.

I am "rich", but me and my band have a similar tone to Djent (although we have changed it slightly because we don't want to rip off other bands and, to me, it doesn't sound like it has enough bottom end.)

my major complaint about this rising "djent" scene is that its a fucking rich man's scene, exclusively. They act like they're underground because they produce their shit on a laptop but only a rich ass nigga could afford 4 axe-fx. Plus all the fucking custom guitars this guy owns.
