How it Works
STACK 'EM,
At restaurant, dishes are color-coded to indicate price. At the end of the meal, your plates are tallied to calculate your bill. Here's a sampling:
RED ($1.50): Cucumber Roll, Pickled Radish Roll, Crab Salad, Egg, Mackerel, Smelt Roll, Tuna Salad, And House Special Roll, Etc
YELLOW ($2.50): Flying Fish Egg, California Roll, Eel, Philadelphia Roll, Salmon Skin Roll, Veggie Roll, Shrimp, Surf Clam, Tuna Roll, Salmon, Salmon Roll, Tuna, Shrimp , Etc
BLUE ($3.00): Albacore-Toro, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Yellow Tail, Spicy Tuna Roll, Upside down Shrimp, Etc
PURPLE ($3.50): Sea Urchin, Spider Roll, Sweet Shrimp, Etc
BLACK ($6.00): Crouching Tuna, S on the Beach, Hot night, Spanish Fly, Etc
