  • listen to the man, hes right. and also... its okay to fry some things just use coconut oil and also. rice is okay but there is a hierarchy like black rice is better than white etc :p x

  • @Allionpower1 Just to clear stuff out, first, I'm perfectly happy with my times, working them down and this year started real good on that. Second, I'm not a wannabe-anybody, I've worked to be a commercial pilot, swimmer and photographer so I have really achieved most of my dreams. And third, as much as I'd love to be British, I'm not. Have a great year bud. I really hope you have a great time in your training this year and get a lot of R1 sets. cheers
