  • What about something targeting the hip flexors? A relatively well-known imbalance that cyclists can develop (and I have) is a relatively too-strong hip flexor and a relatively too-weak glut. This is especially true for those using clip-in pedals who ride in low positions. I wonder if you have anything geared towards the hip flexors specifically?
