yeah, if you type quartz composer basics into google, it will come up with a result for the apple web site, this is a good start, also look around on forums. Iv only done a little bit before now, but they do help.

Thanks, yeah the MacBooks tend to be run very hot, iv just bought, the belkin laptop cooler, cheap and very effective, takes around 30'c off my high temperature, if you're running on a macbook, i'd recommend this. Thanks for the feedback :)
